Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out no later than 48 hours of payment and will be delivered between 1-7 business days. As a result of Covid-19, certain packages may take longer so plan accordingly.

 

Stolen/ Lost orders

Rvngehaircollection is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Rvngehaircollection will not refund or reship any orders that shows as "delivered", or any orders lost/stolen in the possession of USPS. If for any reason you believe your package may have been stolen/ lost please create a claim with usps https://www.usps.com/thelp/missing-mail.htm .
